EADR Participation in Gaming in Holland Conference in Amsterdam

As part of ADR4EU Project Co-Founded by European Union

EADR participated in the Gaming in Holland Conference on 4th June 2026 at the KIT Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam.

The conference focused on developments in the Dutch gambling sector, including the role of the regulated industry in addressing competition from illegal operators. Its programme also covered market developments, AI and marketing.

Why this matters for consumer protection

Developments in the gambling market provide an important context for EADR’s work. Consumers need clear information about where to turn when a dispute arises, while businesses need to understand the role of Alternative Dispute Resolution and the procedures available.

Participation in sector events provides an opportunity to follow these developments and consider their relevance to accessible and effective dispute resolution.

Alignment with ADR4EU's aims

EADR leads ADR4EU, an 18-month project that aims to strengthen national and cross-border consumer protection through ADR innovation.

EADR’s participation in Gaming in Holland is relevant to the project’s focus on awareness and market presence. Understanding the sector in which disputes arise helps place ADR services and their development in context.

We will continue sharing project updates and approved results through our website and LinkedIn page.
