Project Management Overview Report sets out the framework for delivery

EADR is sharing a public summary of Project Management Overview Report, the first management deliverable (D1.1) of ADR4EU Project.

ADR4EU — Cross-Border Consumer Protection through ADR Innovation is an 18-month project led by EADR and co-funded by the European Union under the Single Market Programme. It aims to strengthen national and cross-border consumer protection by improving the outreach, efficiency, credibility and awareness of Alternative Dispute Resolution services.

Project Management Overview Report, documents the management framework established during the project’s kick-off phase. It explains how EADR organises responsibilities, tracks activities and maintains the evidence needed for project reporting.

Clear responsibilities and coordinated planning

The report defines the responsibilities of the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, financial support and task owners.

All six work packages, deliverables and milestones are entered into the Odoo project dashboard, with deadlines, subtasks and assigned responsibilities. This provides a central record for implementation planning and follow-up.

Monitoring progress and managing risks

The framework includes monthly project management reviews covering progress, budgets, risks and upcoming deadlines. It also defines how issues should be escalated when they could affect delivery.

A structured document repository, consistent naming conventions and version control support the organisation and retrieval of project evidence.

Quality review and accountability

D1.1 describes the process for preparing, reviewing and finalising deliverables. It also sets out budget monitoring arrangements that link expenditure to work packages and supporting documentation.

Together, these procedures provide the basis for periodic progress reporting and final reporting.

Supporting the wider project

The management framework supports ADR4EU’s awareness activities, operational improvements, specialised staff training, analysis of historical complaints and planned peer learning with another ADR entity.

D1.1 establishes how this work is coordinated and monitored. Results from individual activities will be presented through separate project updates.
